British Deaf Association
The BDA aims to develop pride, identity and awareness of the rights and responsibilities of deaf people.

British Dyslexia Association
The BDA promotes early identification and support in schools to ensure opportunity to learn for dyslexic learners. They represent the needs of dyslexic people on leaving school, in higher education and in work.

CILK
CILK was formed in April 2002 to support the positive promotion and uptake of Direct Payments and Independent Living for Disabled People living in Kent.

Disabled Persons Accommodation Agency
The Disabled Persons Accommodation Agency (DPAA) is a registered charity aiming to match disabled people with suitably adapted, adaptable or accessible housing in Kent that is held on their property database.  They cater for people wishing to move to Kent from outside of the area or to relocate within Kent across all tenures.

Disability Alliance
Provides information on social security benefits and tax credits to disabled people, their families, carers and professional advisers; undertake research into the needs of disabled people, with particular emphasis on income needs and promote a wider understanding of the views and circumstances of all disabled people.
